Functional Movement Screen & Assessment
Here at CoreBox we start off with an extensive Functional Movement Screen and Assessment. By the end of the full assessment we should know more about you, the way your body moves, what injuries you may be at risk for. From there we can develop a program completely unique to you based on your goals, strengths and weaknesses, and movement imbalances to keep you safe and healthy moving towards your individual goals! Additionally, it's a great chance for you to learn how your body moves, what may be limiting you, and how you can function better.

One-on-One Training

One on one training is our most comprehensive offering here at CoreBox. Whether you're an athlete looking for that competitive edge or a 9-to-5'er looking to keep up with your kids, one-on-one training gives exclusive access to your trainer, developing a plan together to get you to your goals in the most efficient manner. Starting with a functional movement screen and assessment, we take all of that information, coupled with your personal goals, to develop a safe and effective program unique to YOU, as it is personal training and it should be personal!

Small Group Training
Want the personal training efficiency but in a group setting? Have some friends or family that you want to get into the best shape of your life with? Small group training is for you then. Get the benefits of having full access to a coach while in a group setting, working together and motivating each other through a workout. Small group trainings also begin with a functional movement screen and assessment for each participant in the group, and programs are a mix of group activities and individualized exercises to effectively help achieve your personal goals!
